2. Service Is King. We've all had the experience of calling into a call center, sitting on hold, being transferred, and speaking with multiple persons with little or no "ownership" of resolving issues. Our service is always one on one, personal and direct, because it's better.

3. Your Needs Matter. Solutions should be built around your needs, not the need of a salesperson to achieve a quota. As independent consultants, we have access to a variety of options to best support you. We have no quota to fill, only customers to serve.

I've been proud to call Arizona my home for the past 25 years. I developed a passion for HR and Payroll while serving as an executive leader for payroll and HR firms. Continuous learning has been a theme throughout my career, driving me to achieve professional certification as a PHR, SHRM-CP, and CHRS, while also getting trained and licensed to provide Accident, Health, and Life Insurance.
